Meet our pPal…Becca

Becca Pope, Publishing Manager, Education Consultant, pShop Co-ordinator

Becca has officially been with WMG since 2012. One of her many roles is as education ambassador for the company, which involves going into schools and the local community delivering projects and encouraging children and adults alike to join the pFamily.

Becca studied trombone at the Royal Northern College of Music and enjoyed playing professionally in various ensembles, including the award-winning all-female quartet Bones Apart.
She now lives in Derbyshire with her husband Matt, 3 children and a dozy brown Labrador.

If you were an instrument, what would you be and why?
“I would obviously be a trombone (probably a pink pBone) as I really couldn’t be anything else – it’s God’s chosen instrument! Like me it’s fun, flexible and pretty laid back. And just like a trombone I quietly get on with my thing but every now and again I can do something out of the ordinary and turn your head!”

Better watch out for Becca…
